UCEPROTECT Level 2

dnsbl-2.uceprotect.netOperator: UCEPROTECT NetworkIP BlacklistOfficial URL

Overview

UCEPROTECT Level 2 uses an escalation approach β€” when too many IPs in a /24 subnet get listed in Level 1, the entire subnet gets listed in Level 2. This means even if your own IP hasn't sent any spam, you can get caught up if your neighbors have.

How It Works

The system automatically counts Level 1 listings per /24 subnet. When the count exceeds the threshold, the whole subnet gets escalated to Level 2. The design intent is to pressure network operators into policing their IP ranges.

How to Get Delisted

Level 2 listings depend on the overall subnet situation β€” individual users can't directly influence it. When Level 1 listings in the subnet drop below threshold, Level 2 clears automatically. You can contact your ISP or hosting provider and ask them to address spam issues in your subnet.

This blacklist does not support manual removal. Listings expire automatically once the underlying issue is resolved.
