Overview
The Korea Services list contains Korean IP address ranges. It exists because historically, South Korea was a major source of spam, and some mail administrators chose to block all connections from Korean IPs outright.
This is a fairly blunt geographic blocking approach that catches plenty of legitimate Korean email senders. Modern email security practices generally don't recommend geographic IP blocking.
How It Works
The list contents are based on IP geolocation allocation data, covering IP ranges assigned to South Korea. No judgment is made about actual sending behavior.
How to Get Delisted
Since this is a geography-based list, there's no conventional removal process. If you're sending email from Korea and facing blocks, contact the recipient's mail administrator directly.
